Model List Page     

The Model List Page provides a listing of all Lease Models, Comparison Sets, and Consolidation Sets.

By default it opens in Active mode where you can view all of your current models/sets and create new ones. Models/Sets that you are not currently working on can be Archived and retrieved later. To view the Archived models/sets open the More drop down and click on Show archived models.

Several options are available for Grouping the models. You can group them by Client, Deal, Property, Tenant, or combinations of those categories.

The Model Utility Buttons are used to create, open, and manage models/sets. Clicking on the checkbox  next to the model/set name activates various Utility options. The New and Share options appear on the main page while clicking on the drop down for the More button will reveal the Archive, Delete, Duplicate, Edit Set, Open, Rename and Show archived models options.

To open an existing model/set, simply click on the Model/Set Name . To see a Model Summary click on the drop down next to the Model/Set name. To open multiple models at the same time click on the checkbox  to the left of each model name and then click on Open under the More utility option..

By clicking on a column heading you can Sort Ascending or Descending. To Search for models enter the search parameters in the Search box. You can search on the data in each of the columns except When, Suite, and Area.

The Activity column will show if the model has been shared with others. Clicking on the drop down in the Activity column will show the Model History.

The Masthead provides access to the Lease Analysis "Help" Documentation , the CoStar Suite Home Page , and the CoStar Suite Menu .
